The camera shows Sara Sanderson backstage, walking down a hallway. She opens a door with a three gold letters on the front. She opens the door, to show Keith "The Wolf" Jacobs, wearing a black shirt with a wolf on the front, and the words 'The phenomenal is long gone', talking to a MWA official. As Sara approaches him, he ends the conversation and faces the camera.
Sara- "Hi Keith, I'm here with MWA weekly a-"
Keith- "and you're here to.."
"Here to ask you some questions about your career."
"What is there to say? the past is unimportant. I mean, what? I fought in MWA. I went to the top, but when I saw the ceiling I wanted to go to a bigger stage. I was in one of the greatest federations this world has ever seen in my opinion. But that's nothing to me."
"So you have wrestling experience?"
"Yeah. I fought in steel cages, six sides rings, four sided rings, Toronto Streets, you name it, and I've fought it it."
"World wide?"
"Yeah. Back in the day, I was fighting all around the world. I fought in Canada, I fought in Richmond, but for the longest time, I fought in a Japanese fed.. those were the days.. I was the undefeated tag team champ, over 30 defenses.. We made a perfect team. Neither of us was the strongest, the fastest, the biggest, but we were the bes-"
"Is your partner in MWA?"
"Nope. He decided that he wanted to stay there. Even though I pleaded for him to come, but once again, no one listens to Keith. So before you interrupted me, I heard that my partner is.. once again, dead. He got hit with a pile driver, but fell the wrong way because he was fighting against some rookie.. So now I look at it. Danny. Gone. Legend. Left. It makes you think.. Back in Japan, I was liked, I mean, I perform my hardest no matter what, because I've been loved by the crowds and hated from the time I stepped foot on that stage to the time the ref raised my hand in victory..but, I dunno, it would be kinda nice to be cheered again.."
Keith chuckles at the thought of his past and looks unfocused, but as Sara speaks he seems to snap out of it.
"You're unhappy with your career in MWA so far?"
"I dunno. I made my way to the top here, but look at it. Every time I step into that ring, it could be my last. And if J.J. is gonna fire Legend because of age, it makes me think about my career. I'm not as young as I used to be. I don't want to get kicked out on my ass with being remembered as the jerk who stole the title, the jerk who tried to end careers.."
Keith pauses, then takes the mic from Sara. He looks directly into the camera.
"I want to be remembered as one of the best MWA has ever seen. So Mitchell, lets face it. I have no backup here. Every bridge has been burnt. I'm on my own. Just me. But that's damn well enough. Since I'm not getting my rematch, "somehow" soon, I want you to get comfortable. I want you to savor how good it feels to hold my title. Because at Ultimate Risk, you will get my in that ring. Who's gonna win, I dunno. But I'm Keith "The Wolf" Jacobs, get ready for the fight of your life."
Keith grins and walks away, and the camera fades to black.
