I joined the fed at the start of the break and have been waiting a month it seems like for a card. What time do they generally come out?

8:00 server time. Don't know what time that is for you.. it's 2am for me. Monday's card already ran, to find everyone' shows you gotta click on federations on the main page (next to challenges) then under the list of federation groups there is a link that says "Federation and Rosters Charts" NEXT to that there is a picture of a callender. Click on the calender, and that will take you to everyone's shows. Click on the arrows at the top of the page to change days.
