*Sarah wanders through the backstage area looking for someone to interview and finally spots Lance Jade polishing up one of his custom bikes, this one sporting a black powdercoat frame, a green tank with the MWA logo etched into it then airbrushed black. The motor itself is a chaindriven shovelhead motor.*
Sarah: New custom bike champ?
Lance: Yes, but not for me. I'm sure ya've been told that t'night is a charity event right? Well Rasputin asked me to put some stuff on e-bay fer charity. So a lucky fan got lunch wit' me yesterday an' at the end of the night someone is gonna own this beaut. But I somehow doubt ya came over ta talk about my taste in OCC Choppers did ya?
Sarah: Sorry, no. Lance, any comment on your tag match with Lex Last week?
Lance: Yeah. Lex an' I had an issue. He was someone I respected. He did something that cost him my respect an' he was right that can't be given back... but in that match he earned a lot back. Does that mean he an' I won't throw a few back with or throw down with him again? No! More than likely we'll end up running into each other again. But that's old business and as far it goes, done with.
Sarah: Right... What are you doing here? You aren't scheduled to compete.
Lance: Yer right I'm not. I came to congratulate Rod on winning his chance to be the three time MWA Champion. But ya know I'm also here 'cause well I was in town and needed something ta do while I wait.

Sarah: Oh... Anyone we know?
Lance: *with a sly teasing smile* Maybe. Though I don't know that it is anyone's business but my own. Could be Aerith Sinclair, could be Charlotte Hunter *the crowd gasps in shock at that one* Could be anyone now couldn't it?

Lance: *Smiles* Relax Sarah. While it is true I've been on a few "business lunches" with Charlotte and she ain't nearly as much of a witch now that she ain't the boss, she an I ain't dating. My date is with Aerith,
Sarah: *seemingly relieved* Any words for Rod for Breakdown?
Lance: Breakdown, the last dance of the MWA. I'm walkin' in Champ and hopefully walking out the Last MWA Champion. But in the end it's not just about th' title, not for me. I promised th' fans MWA was going out with a Boom and it will. Rod it's ya an' me as they say in your home country Otra ves: One more time! We got history that's been told an' retold so that fans know where we stand: Best of friends and worst of enemies. But people who look at th' rivalry misses th' point. Whether it's one-on-one, teamed up, locked in the extreme warfare cage there's always been one thing that can be promised: when the Wolf and Rod Lightning lock it up, the roof gets blown off. So Rod at Breakout, defeat me if you can, which we both know is possible, survive if I allow you. But win, lose, or die tryin' it gonna be one hellava match.
