Ok if you ever watch Adult Swim, this is from the show "Tom Goes to the Mayor." It's made by the same guys who made "Time and Eric Awesome Show: Great Job!" It was a dance performed by Eric Wareheim and comedian Michael Ian Black. However, who made this video drew out their own characters and made them do the same thing as Eric and Michael did.
